Prepare to Sell Cleaning

Our Prepare to Sell Cleaning package is a very comprehensive cleaning of the whole house.

 

Among other tasks, we move small and medium furniture and clean underneath and behind them.

​

We supply all cleaning supplies except special cleaners (i.e., oven cleaner, marble or granite cleaner and stainless steel cleaner). 

​

Also, we provide equipment such as vacuum cleaners, step ladders, long dusters, pails and mops.

​

This cleaning package is booked with a team of two or more maids. Minimum spring cleaning appointment length is 10 hours (2 maids x 5 hours); however, if the maids cannot finish all your requested tasks in the time scheduled, we will content you to discuss extending the time.

​

Spring cleaning appointments may be scheduled any time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

​

The current cost for this package is $120.00 per hour per maid plus HST; however, we currently offer promotional discounts for Spring Cleaning package. Please check our Special Offers page for more details.

The spring cleaning can be upgraded to our Spic And Span Cleaning package.

(*) If you would like the area behind and under the fridge and stove cleaned, you have to pull those appliances out. After we clean those areas, we will push your appliances back in place.

(**) If you would like the screened windows cleaned please remove the screens before the cleaning as for safety reasons we are not able to remove screens from windows.

(***) If your oven is self-cleaning, we cannot use an oven cleaner or any abrasive cleaners or pads, as they may damage the oven. We can only wipe the oven with a soft cloth. Self-cleaning ovens have to be put on a self-cleaning cycle the day before the cleaning, as it usually takes a few hours for the oven to go through the cycle and cool down afterwards.

If your oven is not self-cleaning, please spray it with the oven cleaner the night before the cleaning and leave the spray on the kitchen counter as it may need to be re-sprayed and cleaned again after the initial cleaning. (We do not provide spray oven cleaners.) Please note that the appointment will take longer as cleaning of the oven that does not have a self-cleaning feature may take almost one hour.
